HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP AN ORDER?
We offer free local pick up in NW Calgary. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If your order confirmation does not come directly to your email inbox, please check your spam or promotions folders.
Teeno Loungewear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once orders are placed with the shipping carrier and in transit. It is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure packages are delivered to the correct address.
Please contact the carrier to file a claim for the missing shipment if your tracking number shows that your package was delivered and it's not in your mailbox/front door. Please note that due to the pandemic shipping may be delayed with all carriers.

DO YOU HOLD ITEMS?
No, we cannot hold items. If you are unsure about purchasing because of the fit, or have questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please refer to the refund policy.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the event that you receive a damaged item, please send us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item.
If applicable, we will kindly provide further instructions on how you can send the item back. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.

After you confirm subscription you'll receive another email with your coupon code, if you don't see it immediately please check your junk/spam mail.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We unfortunately do not allow order cancellations. To make sure you receive your items in a timely manner, we will start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will not be able to cancel it.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct, we may not be able to edit the orders before they're sipped out. Please make sure, apt numbers are provided and correct.
EDITING ORDERS: We may not be able to make changes to your order after it is confirmed as our team will have already started processing your order, please make sure the items added are correct and in the correct sizes. We have our size charts in the product descriptions of each item to assist with the selection process.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT IS FINAL SALE?
We unfortunately do not allow returns for clearance items as they are final sale.
